The children are settling well into their French sessions and they are absolutely Fantastique!!!!!

They have learnt how to say hello in French - Bonjour - and they have played some games to help them remember how to say it.

Their challenge is to remember their French and say 'Bonjour' every time they see me around the school.

In today's session, the children have listened to Miss Young read a story to them in French to give them an experience of hearing lots of spoken French. They were super and even acted as some of the animals from the story!

Today the children have enjoyed recapping the story that we read last week – Bonne Nuit. The story includes different animals and we have practised different actions to go with them. We have then been on an ‘animal walk’ around the playground practising the different actions and saying the names of the animals to go with them. We have had lots of fun!!!
